Can repetitive strain injuries make you a BETTER musician? Repetitive strain injuries are feared in the music and arts world because they can be debilitating and difficult to treat. Hear my journey of being an injured violinist in music school, the failure of conventional medicine to permanently relieve my injuries, my first experiences with the Alexander Technique, and how this all led to the development of the Soulforce Arts Approach and my Soulforce Arts Institute.
